I have seen the Tillamook listed on here before and I was very disappointed in it. It seems like they put way too much coating on it so it doesn’t stick together and it really affect the taste IMO. Both Kraft and Sargento have multiple versions of shredded mozzarella that is better. You have both of those brands on this list, but not the best versions of their mozzarellas listed. For Kraft I would recommend the Creamy melt made with Philadelphia and for Sargento I would recommend the creamery version made from whole milk. Both of these cheeses melt very well and have a lot of stretch, and quite frankly taste as good or better than most block mozzarella I have had whether in raw form or melted. I even had some Boars head block mozzarella that I shredded the other day and put on a pizza and the former 2 cheeses hold up really well when comparing. I will say the Boars head was maybe a little more buttery in raw form, but it actually tasted worse than the other 2 on my pizza. I have had all 5 of the top 5 cheeses on this list and the 2 I mentioned beat those hands down IMO.
