It’s soooooooooooooo good and I am so sad that my local Whole Foods, which keeps putting on the website, never has it available. I had it in Iceland and it was the best butter I’ve ever had (and I had some pretty good French butter that trip too). Also the best chocolate ever is Noi Sirius Icelandic Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt. I’ve paid way more than I should to get some shipped to me (even though again Whole Foods keep saying they sell it, just “not currently”

I use it on seafood b/c of the dill flavor in it. Miyoko Butter sticks are also very good for vegan butter. I will definitely look for the one you tried.

I don’t know how anyone eats unsalted butter. If you’re cooking with it, reduce the amount of salt you add to your dish. Plugra tastes similar to homemade butter my granny used to make. Yum. Kerrygold is my 2nd place. 🙂
