- Caulipower Three Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza
-
“To me, this tasted the most like a classic frozen pizza. The sauce is a little sweet and has a nice oregano flavor. The crust-to-cheese-to-sauce ratio is appropriate. The center is doughy while the edges are crispy. Caulipower knows what they’re doing, and I would definitely buy this pizza again if I were entertaining a gluten-free guest for pizza night,” staff writer Jordan Myrick wrote in our cauliflower crust pizza ranking. Caulipower isn’t named after cauliflower for nothing! They’re entirely dedicated to bringing you the best gluten-free foods (made from cauliflower).

- Cappello’s Almond Flour Pasta Five Cheese Ravioli
-
In our cheese ravioli ranking, Jordan wrote, “Cappello’s Almond Flour Pasta Five Cheese Ravioli was the surprise hit of the day. We couldn’t believe how incredibly delicious these are. They’re so cheesy! They practically burst when you bite into them, and the cheese filling is super flavorful with notes of freshly cracked black pepper and garlic. The pasta is the perfect texture; you’d never know it’s gluten-free. This ravioli is one of the best on the market, gluten-free or not, and my gluten-loving self will be purchasing them again.” Once again, Cappello’s wows with an impressive gluten-free entry into the pasta world. They are the gluten-free hero we never knew we needed.

- Cappello’s Sweet Potato Gnocchi
-
“A sweet potato gnocchi takes the number one spot here with ease. Cappello’s is fluffy and light—it has all that gnocchi whimsy with none of the white potato flavor. And the taste? Friends, it is deliciously sweet and almost nutty. The sweet potato flavor really shines here. Also of note is that this gnocchi is made with almond flour (hence the nuttiness), and you really taste that clean, earthy, and toasty almond flavor. This pasta rules. My recommendation: Sear them in a hot pan to enhance their inherent nuttiness,” staff writer Danny Palumbo wrote in our best gnocchi ranking. Cappello’s Sweet Potato Gnocchi really blew the competition out of the water––or pan we should say.

- Bionaturae Organic Gluten Free Penne Rigate
-
In our gluten-free pasta ranking, Danny sung high praises of Bionature’s Penne Rigate. “This pasta is made from lentils and rice, but unlike a lot of the other lentil pastas, it isn’t grainy and tough. The rice flavor shows through as faint, sweet, and quite pleasant. Plus, Bionaturae penne rigate has eight grams of protein per serving. All in all, this is a really great gluten-free pasta product. You aren’t really aware that it’s gluten free while you eat it, and that’s the biggest compliment we could possibly pay it,” he wrote. A huge win for gluten-free pasta lovers the world over!

- Pamela’s Honey Grahams
-
These gluten-free graham crackers earned the following confession from Jordan in our graham cracker ranking: “Pamela, I don’t know you, but I think I love you. These graham crackers are gluten-free, which means they go ahead and lean into the fat factor. The number one ingredient listed on the box? Butter. BUTTER. That makes for an excellent, decadent, albeit slightly crumbly graham cracker. But, hey, s’mores are a mess regardless, so if you can make peace with some crumbs (or you’re making your s’more in a more controlled environment like your kitchen) these are an incredibly tasty option.” S’mores the merrier when it comes to these butterific graham crackers.

- Blake’s Gluten-Free Chicken Pot Pie
-
Danny had this to say of Blake’s Gluten Free Chicken Pot Pie in our chicken pot pie ranking, “The crust on this pot pie is made with white rice, brown rice, potato starch, tapioca starch, and some other ingredients and binders. The result is a delightfully thin, crispy-crunchy crust. The filling is even more delicious; the decadently rich and gelatinous gravy is oozy, not runny. It’s also herby, aromatic, and vegetal, which nicely accentuates the clean taste of the chicken. Blake’s Gluten-Free Chicken Pot Pie has more sodium and sugar than their standard version, which is probably why it tastes better.” Blake’s Gluten Free Chicken Pot Pie overshadowed its gluten-full counterpart, just another example that you don’t need gluten to be cool and tasty.

- Schar Gluten Free Artisan White Bread
-
Danny had strong opinions about Schar’s gluten free white bread in our gluten-free bread ranking: “This is the best gluten-free bread. Simply put, it is the most convincing bread. Now, there are a ton of ingredients in Schar’s white bread, but you don’t make gluten-free bread without summoning a few demons and reading from The Book of the Dead. There are enzymes, oils, modified cellulose, gum, and flour. Still, the result of all of this unholy wizardry is some pretty satisfying slices. Schar’s is sweet, sizable, and well-made. It’s damn good all on its own, and it will make an excellent sandwich.” If you’re looking for a gluten-free white bread with all the pizzazz of regular white bread, Schar is your best friend.

- Trader Joe’s Gluten Free English Muffin
-
When managing editor Gwynedd Stuart reviewed Trader Joe’s Gluten Free English Muffins in our english muffin ranking, she had this to say, “Gluten-free baked goods can go so, so wrong so, so easily. It was a pleasant surprise that these gluten-free muffins from Trader Joe’s were among our favorites of the day. These muffins have nice chew, and are exactly as soft and as fluffy as you’d want them to be. You could make a really good breakfast sandwich with these, minus the belly bloat.“ When it comes to gluten-free english muffins, you can count on Trader Joe’s to be there for you in your time of need.

Y’all have to try the Schar GF Ciabbatta (sp?) easily the best GF bread available. Also the Jovial brown rice spaghetti, I think is the best long pasta available that’s GF if you guys haven’t tried it. The structural integrity lasts and the texture is great.
I find that the best Gluten Free cracker is the Blue Diamond Hint of Salt Almond Nut-Thins. I’ve tried a lot of crackers and this one seems to have the crunchiest texture with a flavor that doesn’t overpower what you are dipping it into or putting onto it.
Sporked* 😂
Thank you so much ❤️ Still searching for the best gluten free cracker lol but I love y’all’s effort😊 my bf and I have very recently had to make a switch to gluten free for health reasons and very much appreciate you guys and the April team 😊
