- Popcorn Indiana Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn
-
First of all, how could you not love that name? Popcorn Indiana feels so charming. Luckily, their kettle corn lives up to its endearing name. It’s the perfect—and I mean perfect—balance of sweet and salty. The popcorn itself is so light and there wasn’t a single burnt kernel in the bunch. It comes in a giant bag, which is great because it’s so delicious you’ll want to eat a giant bag of it.

- Smartfood Popcorn Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn
-
Much like their white cheddar version, Smartfood Popcorn Kettle Corn is so delicious that I could eat 9,000 pounds of it. I thought that there was no way this kettle corn could live up to their white cheddar popcorn, but it almost does (almost, because the white cheddar popcorn is a perfect 10/10). It’s not overly sweet, but pleasantly sweet. This is a great option for popcorn lovers looking to make a foray into the kettle corn world.

- Orville Redenbacher’s Kettle Corn Microwave Popcorn
-
Orville Redenbacher’s Kettle Corn Microwave Popcorn is the only microwavable kettle corn we tried that I’d recommend. After tasting this, I realized I had never had hot kettle corn before. I liked it! Especially this brand. It was nicely buttery without being greasy like some of the other microwave kettle corns on the market. And while I don’t know if I’ll be making the permanent switch to microwaved kettle corn, this was a nice change of pace.

- Trader Joe’s Kettle Corn
-
Trader Joe’s makes a dang good bag of kettle corn. It’s very salty, which I love. But don’t get me wrong, it’s still sweet and distinctly kettle corn. This is super cheap and perfect for a party or movie night. Plus, I love that the package is circus themed. It feels very on-brand for kettle corn and I’m here for it.

- Angie’s BoomChickaPop Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn
-
This popcorn definitely beat out any other “healthy” kettle corn we tried. Plus, it doesn’t have any stupid weight-related stuff in the name (like “skinny” or “thin” or “fitness”). This one actually tasted good. It was very light in terms of both sweetness and saltiness. While I typically want a little more from my kettle corn, I think this is a great option for anyone with a more mild-seeking palate. It comes in full-size bags as well as cute little single-serving packages.
