Now if you want a good English marmalade then your first choice is a good one but I do not care for it as it is not a sweet marmalade.

They are made for American tastes. Saying they are the best is like saying the best tacos come from Taco Bell. Traditional orange marmalade has a bite of bitterness to it. Wilkin &Sons is great, but I prefer their Tawny Orange variety. Marmalades from Keiler’s, MacKay, and Duerr’s are also excellent.

Such a powerful punch of citrus. On Country Hearth’s English Muffin Toasting Bread, which is the absolute best for fruit topping.

Orange Marmalade was invented in Dundee, Scotland. If you do a bit of research you will find this to be true. Better headline would be either ‘the Brit in all of us’ or ‘the Scot in all of us’. (Not the ‘Scotch’ as this refers to Whisky (note spelling) not people).
