You’ve seen it in your Instagram feed or you’ve heard about it in a podcast ad: Magic Spoon. Is Magic Spoon keto?

Magic Spoon proudly claims on their website that they are friendly to the keto diet with only three grams of net carbs per serving as opposed to the “leading cereal’s” whopping 20. As long as you don’t go too overboard with the portions (we recommend using a standard cereal bowl and not, say, a satellite dish) you should be able to enjoy Magic Spoon while adhering to the keto lifestyle.

Is Magic Spoon vegan?

Unfortunately, Magic Spoon is not vegan. Since it is made with milk protein (the very milk protein that makes it so great for keto) it cannot be classified as safe for vegan consumption, no matter how much soy milk you pour on top of it. According to their FAQ section, Magic Spoon has stated vague plans to keep a vegan option “in mind” going forward, so be on the lookout for that! Maybe!
