Welcome to 10 Items or Less! A series in which we create a 10 item or less grocery haul for our favorite food-loving celebrities.
It was easy to select the person to feature in our inaugural article. As a coffee company owner, snack fanatic, and home cook, Emma Chamberlain was a natural choice. Here are 10 grocery store items that I would buy for YouTube content creator and fashion icon, Emma Chamberlain.

- Simple Truth Oatmilk Non-Dairy Creamer Sweet Creme
-
Anyone who knows anything about Emma Chamberlain knows she’s a coffee connoisseur and mogul. And every coffee lover needs a great coffee creamer. Emma doesn’t do dairy-based milk, so we’re putting oat milk in her cart. I know Emma loves Nutpods, but we loved Simple Truth’s Oatmilk Non-Dairy Sweet Creme creamer and want her to give it a try.
- Tapatio Salsa Picante Hot Sauce
-
Emma Chamberlain is a diehard Cholula lover, but Emma is wrong. We found in our hot sauce taste test that Tapatio was like a more flavorful version of Cholula. Emma needs to add Tapatio into her hot sauce rotation ASAP.
- Cheddar Jack Cheez-Its
-
Emma loves Cheez-Its. They’re one of her favorite snacks of all time. We are the perfect authorities on this because we just did a taste test of every flavor of Cheez-Its. Cheddar Jack was hands down the best flavor. It has the classic Cheez-It taste and texture, with even more cheesy flavor. I’m definitely grabbing Emma a box of these.
- Trader Joe’s Zhoug
-
Emma is such a big fan of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food that she teamed up with CAVA to make her own custom bowl that was sold in their restaurants nationwide. And while eating out at restaurants is great (especially when you have a menu item named after you), it’s nice to eat a meal cooked at home. When Emma whips up a homemade bowl at home, she needs Trader Joe’s zhoug. While TJ’s can be hit or miss, their spicy and herby take on this classic Yemeni sauce is great.
- Whole Foods 365 Roasted Garlic Hummus
-
Speaking of CAVA, Emma is addicted to their spicy hummus. For times when she’s looking for a more mild hummus, we would get her a tub of Whole Foods 365 Roasted Garlic Hummus (the top hummus in our hummus ranking). It’s the closest thing we’ve tasted to restaurant-quality hummus for the store.
- Trader Joe’s Organic Frozen Brown Rice
-
Trader Joe’s Organic Frozen Brown Rice is perfect for anyone who wants to make quick, healthy, easy meals at home. Since that’s exactly how Emma likes to cook, we’d throw a box of it into her grocery haul. These are a huge time saver in the kitchen.
- Alpha Plant-Based Chik’n Fajita Burrito
-
Do I think Emma eats frozen burritos? No. Do I think Emma should eat these frozen burritos? Yes. I know one of her go-to meals is a vegan burrito and these are a great version of a vegan burrito when you don’t want to wait an hour for a DoorDash delivery.
- Hodo Organic Extra Firm Tofu
-
Hodo’s Organic Extra Firm Tofu is wonderful for home cooks that prioritize ease and speed (it was our top tofu for frying in our tofu taste taste). You don’t need to drain or press this tofu, making it unbelievably convenient. In her Harper’s Bazaar “Everything I Eat In a Day” video, Emma said she loves making a stir fry with tofu. This is the one you should be using, Emma!
- Yai’s Thai Yellow Thai Coconut Curry
-
When it comes to her stir-fry dinners, Emma typically tops them with yellow curry sauce. Yai Thai’s version has minimal ingredients and great flavor. Plus, it’s a cool business created by young people whose passion for food drove them to start their own company. Sound like anyone to you?
- Olde Thompson Everything Seasoning
-
Like a lot people in America, Emma tops most of the food she eats with everything bagel seasoning. We’re encouraging her to ditch the tiny bottles and upgrade to a full-size bottle of everything seasoning for real everything bagel seasoning lovers. Olde Thompson’s makes a container so large that it could bring a tear to your eye.
