Cauliflower crust pizza was all the rage three years ago. Thanks to its popularity at pizza places and fancy Italian restaurants, it is now available to anyone and everyone at the store. But, just like regular frozen pizzas, there are a ton of options to choose from. If, like most of America, you get decision paralysis and need a little help making the correct crust decisions, this list is here for your purchasing pleasure!
Good Mythical Morning’s Chase Hilt is always game to jump in and help out with a taste test. He hustled down to our office and sampled the most popular cauliflower crust pizzas with me in an attempt to find the one to rule them all. We easily came to a conclusion that these are the best cauliflower crust pizzas on the market (and hopefully in your freezer soon).

- Caulipower Three Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza
-
It makes sense that Caulipower takes the top spot in this cauliflower crust pizza taste test because their whole deal is making cauliflower stuff. To me, this tasted the most like a classic frozen pizza. The sauce is a little sweet and has a nice oregano flavor. The crust-to-cheese-to-sauce ratio is appropriate. The center is doughy while the edges are crispy. Caulipower knows what they’re doing, and I would definitely buy this pizza again if I were entertaining a gluten-free guest for pizza night.

- Milton’s Craft Bakers Roasted Vegetable Thin & Crispy Cauliflower Crust Pizza
-
Milton’s Craft Bakers Thin & Crispy Cauliflower Crust Pizza with Roasted Vegetable shocked me. Whenever I get a frozen pizza with vegetable toppings, they are soaking wet. The rest of the pizza will be piping hot but the veggies are still a little frozen. That is not the case with Milton’s. These vegetables on this pie really felt roasted and there was no water loggage whatsoever. Even the zucchini, a notoriously watery vegetable, didn’t turn this into a soupy mess. The crust is crunchy, the cheese is melty, and the sauce is flavorful. Still not sold? Chase ate this whole pizza.

- Open Nature Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust Three Cheese Pizza
-
If you like Domino’s thin crust pizza, you’ll like Open Nature Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust Three Cheese Pizza. It’s very crackery in a way that I enjoyed. Chase liked that the crust was like crunchy little breadsticks. My favorite aspect is that there are herbs baked into the crust. Those little flecks make it feel fancy! Plus, this pizza has some of the best melty cheese out of any of the cauliflower crust pizzas we tried. A very solid option!

- Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Cheese Pizza with a Cauliflower Crust
-
Chase thought the Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Cheese Pizza with a Cauliflower Crust tasted a lot like Shakey’s (a California-based dine-in pizza chain that he controversially loves). The crust had a ton of rosemary and was very fragrant. And while it tasted good, it didn’t really feel like a pizza. It seemed more like a flatbread you would serve alongside other appetizers. So if you’re looking for something that reads classier than pizza but has the same flavor profile, this is for you!

- Good & Gather Gluten-Free Cauliflower Crust Four Cheese Frozen
-
This cauliflower crust pizza from Good & Gather brand is a great gluten-free budget option that you can find almost anywhere because Targets are plentiful all over the U.S. I deducted a few Sporks from its score because I thought it needed more sauce and cheese. The crust, however, is the star of the show. It has a nice crisp and was flavorful. If you’re someone who adds a ton of toppings yourself to a frozen pizza (shout out to my dad), this would be perfect for you. Pile this up with feta, red onions, olives, and some fresh basil after you take it out of the oven and you will be extremely satisfied.
